Brief Bio
Mark holds an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Bachelor of Science with majors in pure Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Sydney. He also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia.
For 11 years, Mark led the Investec Bank's Australian Power Investment business, a leading part of the firm's international Project and Infrastructure Finance practice. Prior to joining Investec, Mark acted as the Global Merchant Power specialist in the Project Finance team of the National Australia Bank. He established and led a proprietary electricity trading desk for Societe Generale and was a long-time member of the Participant Advisory Committee to the Board of NEMMCO. Is now with Megawatt Capital, a company that he foundered.
